Hello!  My name is Jake Adams.  I'm a born and raised Texan, passionate about helping kids improve their athletic skills.  I also leverage my technology background and diverse sports network to increase exposure for kids in smaller central Texas areas.  That's why I created DSTX SPORTS, a company that connects kids with great instructors and combines technology and sports acumen to provide tailored instruction to youth players across the hill country.  We are ecstatic to be partnering with DSYSA (Dripping Springs Youth Sports Association), as it will be the training facility for our private lessons.

DSTX SPORTS provides an economical learning platform where kids, parents, and coaches, can get personal instruction to develop key components of their game.  Our training helps children gain greater confidence which leads to more fun on the field.  Whether your child is new to the game or they’ve been playing for years (and want to cultivate a more advanced skill-set), we can help.  We understand that kids learn best through visual demonstration.  For Basic Sessions, most of our kids show immediate improvement after our hands-on instruction of proper mechanics.  For the Advanced Sessions, we capture stills and video, where we can breakdown body positioning, weight distribution, head stabilization among others, to improve shots, passes, swings, pitches, etc.,...this platform illustrates exactly where kids can improve.  Our private lessons includes all aspects of the game.  While DSTX SPORTS offers a variety of private lessons for individuals, we also have group rates for coaching clinics, team practices, and camps.  Please contact us for more details. 

Jacob (Coach Jake) and his beautiful wife Sarah, live in Dripping Springs, with their son, Jameson and daughter, Hannah.  Jake enjoys sharing his talents and baseball network with kids throughout the hill country.  Most days you can probably catch him at the ball fields, but when he's not there, he spends his free time playing with his kids, hunting, fishing, and sometimes a little golf.  Jake and Sarah are also very active in their Church at St. Martin De Porres.
